PROGRAM REPORT OF RECEIVING OF MP U SHWE MAUNG

On 25th April 2015, Rohingyas community in Malaysia gathered in Ampang, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia to honor MP U Shwe Maung, House of Representatives (Pyithu Hluttaw), who came to Malaysia to attend the ASEAN People’s Forum (APF) Meetings. The program was organized by Arakan Rohingya council Malaysia (ARC) together with Rohingya Vision Malaysia (R-Vision), Ethnic Rohingya Committee of Arakan (ERC), Myanmar Ethnic Rohingya Human Rights Organization Malaysia (MEHROM), Rohingya Society in Malaysia (RSM) and other Rohingya activists and individuals.

1. The distinguish guests attended the program together with MP U Shwe Maung were Muhammad Rafik (ERC), Amir Hussein, Dr. Abdul Hamid (RSM), U Khin Maung Soe, Muhammad Sadiqe, Royal Arfat, Muhammad Noor (R-Vision), Zafar Ahmad (MEHROM), Kamaluddin, Shafi Ullah (ARC), Kamarul Islam, Maulana Dil Muhammad (ARC), Amir Hamzah and Maulana Muhammad Habib (ARC). 
2. During the program, MP U Shwe Maung had addressed the Rohingya community about how to unite the world Rohingya under one umbrella, the legal status and historical background of Rohingya in Myanmar and 1982 Citizenship Law. A question and answer session was held for 20 minutes and an interview section was opened for around 30 minutes at the end of the program. The program was started at about 2:00 p.m. Malaysian time and successfully ended at 5:00 p.m. Approximately 300 people were attended the program and free food and drinks were distributed to the attendants. 
3. A special evening program with honorable MP U Shwe Maung was arranged at ARC Office to discuss about the strategic plans for developing Rohingya community in Myanmar and abroad. Around fifty
   
   
   Rohingya activists, including ARC members were participated in the program. The discussion session was opened at about 9.00 p.m and closed at 10.30 p.m. Dinner was served to the participants.

၂၀၁၅ ခုႏွစ္၊ ဧၿပီလ၊ ၂၅ ရက္တြင္ မေလးရွားႏိုင္ငံေရာက္ ႐ိုဟင္ဂ်ာမ်ားစုေပါင္း၍ အာဆီယံလူထု႔ဖိုရမ္ (APF) အစည္းအေ၀း တက္ေရာက္ရန္ မေလးရွားႏိုင္ငံသို႔ေရာက္ရွိလာေသာ ျပည္သူ႔လႊတ္ေတာ္ ကိုယ္စားလွယ္ ဦးေရႊေမာင္ အားေတြ႔ဆံု ဂုဏ္ျပဳပြဲ အခမ္းအနားတစ္ရပ္ကို မေလးရွားႏိုင္ငံ၊ ကြာလာလမ္ပူရ္ျမိဳ႕၊ အာမ္ပါန္းအရပ္၌ ျပဳလုပ္ခဲ့ပါသည္။ အစီအစဥ္ကို အာရကာန္႐ို ဟင္ဂ်ာေကာင္စီ (ေအအရ္စီ) မေလးရွားႏွင့္ ပူးေပါင္း၍ ႐ိုဟင္ဂ်ာ ဗီးရွင္း (အရ္ဗီးရွင္း) မေလးရွား၊ Ethnic Rohingya Committee of Arakan (ERC)၊ Myanmar Ethnic Rohingya Human Rights Organization Malaysia (MEHROM)၊ Rohingya Society in Malaysia (RSM) ႏွင့္ တျခား႐ိုဟင္ဂ်ာ အေရးလႈပ္ရွားသူမ်ား အပါအ၀င္ စိတ္၀င္စားသူမ်ားက ဦးေဆာင္ က်င္းပခဲ့ပါသည္။ 

လႊတ္ေတာ္ကိုယ္စားလွယ္ ဦးေရႊေမာင္ႏွင့္တကြ အထူးဧည့္သည္ေတာ္ မိုဟာမၼဒ္ရဖိတ္ (ERC), အာမိရ္ ဟူဆိန္ ၊ ေဒါက္တာ အဗ္ဒုလ္ ဟာမိဒ္ (RSM)၊ ဦးခင္ေမာင္စိုး၊ မိုဟာမၼဒ္ ဆာဒိက္၊ ႐ိုေယလ္ အရ္ဖဒ္၊ မိုဟာမၼဒ္ ႏူးရ္ (R-Vision)၊ ဇာဖရ္အဟ္မဒ္ (MEHROM)၊ ကမလ္လုဒၵိန္၊ ရွဖီအုလႅာဟ္ (ေအအရ္စီ) ၊ ကမာရုလ္အိစၥလာမ္၊ ေမာ္လာနာ ဒီလ္မိုဟာမၼဒ္ (ေအအရ္စီ) ၊ အာမိရ္ ဟမ္ဇာ ႏွင့္ ေမာ္လာနာ မိုဟာမၼဒ္ ဟာဘိဗ္ (ေအအရ္စီ) တို႔တက္ေရာက္ခဲ့ပါသည္။

အစီအစဥ္တြင္ လႊတ္ေတာ္ကိုယ္စားလွယ္ ဦးေရႊေမာင္မွ ႐ိုဟင္ဂ်ာလူထုအား မည္သို႔မည္ပံု စည္း႐ံုးရမည့္အေၾကာင္း၊ ႐ိုဟင္ဂ်ာ လူမ်ိဳးမ်ား၏ ေနာက္ခံသမိုင္း၊ ဥပေဒအရ ရပိုင္ခြင့္မ်ားႏွင့္ ၁၉၈၂ခုႏွစ္ ႏိုင္ငံသားဥပေဒႏွင့္ ပတ္သက္ေသာ အခ်က္အလက္မ်ားကို ရွင္းလင္းေျပာၾကားခဲ့ပါသည္။ အစီအစဥ္တြင္ မိနစ္ (၂၀) ခန္႔ရွိ အေမးအေျဖ က႑တခုပါ၀င္ၿပီး မိနစ္ (၃၀) ခန္႔ၾကာ အင္တာဗ်ဴး အစီအစဥ္တစ္ခုကိုလည္း က်င္းပခဲ့ပါသည္။ အစီအစဥ္ကို မေလးရွားစံေတာ္ ခ်ိန္ေန႔လယ္ (၂) နာရီမွ ညေန (၅) နာရီအထိက်င္းပ ျပဳလုပ္ခဲ့ၿပီး လူဦးေရ (၃၀၀) ခန္႔တက္ေရာက္ ပါ၀င္ခဲ့ပါသည္။ အစီအစဥ္ တက္ေရာက္သူမ်ား အားလံုးကို အခမဲ့ အစားအေသာက္မ်ား ေပးေ၀ခဲ့ပါသည္။

လႊတ္ေတာ္ကိုယ္စားလွယ္ ဦးေရႊေမာင္ႏွင့္ အတူညစာစားပြဲႏွင့္ အထူးေတြ႔ဆံုပြဲတစ္ရပ္ကို ေအအရ္စီ ႐ံုးခ်ဳပ္တြင္ စီစဥ္ခဲ့ပါသည္။ အစီအစဥ္တြင္ ေအအရ္စီ အသင္း၀င္မ်ား အပါအ၀င္ အျခား႐ိုဟင္ဂ်ာ အေရးလႈပ္ရွားသူ (၅၀) ခန္႔တက္ ေရာက္ခဲ့ပါသည္။ အစီအစဥ္တြင္ အဓိကအားျဖင့္ ျပည္တြင္း ျပည္ပမွ ႐ိုဟင္ဂ်ာမ်ား ဘ၀ တိုးတက္ေျပာင္းလဲ လာေရးကို ေဆြးေႏြးခဲ့ပါသည္။ အစီအစဥ္ကို ည (၉) နာရီတြင္ စတင္ခဲ့ၿပီး ည ၁၀နာရီ (၃၀) မိနစ္ခန္႔တြင္ ရပ္နားခဲ့ပါသည္။ အစီအစဥ္တြင္ ပါ၀င္ခဲ့သူမ်ားအားလံုးကို ညေနစာထမင္းျဖင့္ ျပဳစုဧည့္ခံခဲ့ပါသည္။ 

အစီအစဥ္တြင္ ပါ၀င္ခဲ့သူမ်ား၊ ကၽြန္ေတာ္တို႔၏ လုပ္ေဖာ္ကိုင္ဖက္မ်ား၊ ေအအရ္စီ အသင္း၀င္မ်ား၊ ႐ိုဟင္ဂ်ာအေရး လႈပ္ရွား သူမ်ားႏွင့္ အစီအစဥ္ လြယ္ကူစြာ က်င္းပၿပီးစီး ႏိုင္ေရးအတြက္ အဘက္ဘက္မွ ၀ိုင္း၀န္းကူညီေပးခဲ့ၾကသူမ်ား အားလံုးကို အထူး ေက်းဇူးတင္ရွိပါေၾကာင္း မွတ္တမ္း တင္အပ္ပါသည္။
